A Japan proxy service (also called a buying agent or forwarding service) lets you buy from Japanese websites that don't ship internationally or only accept Japanese payment methods. OneMall purchases items on your behalf, receives them at our Japan warehouse, then ships them to you worldwide.
Is using a Japan proxy legal?
Yes. Proxy buying is fully legal in Japan and most countries. We declare items honestly on customs forms and comply with import regulations. Please check your local customs rules for any prohibited or restricted items.
How much does it cost to use OneMall?
OneMall charges a transparent service fee (typically 5-10% of item price) plus actual international shipping cost. No hidden fees, no auction success fees, no storage fees for the first 60 days.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic Japan delivery to our warehouse: 1-3 days. International shipping varies by method — DHL/FedEx 3-7 days, EMS 5-10 days, sea shipping 30-45 days.
Can I combine multiple orders to save shipping?
Yes. Our consolidation service lets you combine purchases from different sites and sellers into one international package. Free for the first 60 days of storage.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
We inspect every package upon arrival at our warehouse. If we receive a damaged or wrong item, we will contact you for instructions (refund, return, or replacement) before forwarding.
