Delivery time depends on the carrier: the estimated transit days for each option are listed in the table above and shown again when you choose shipping for your parcel. Add 1–3 days for the seller to deliver the item to our Japan warehouse before the international leg starts.
A proxy fee (service fee) is what OneMall charges for buying an item on your behalf from a Japanese store — it is separate from international shipping. It is shown before you confirm the order, and the shipping fee is charged later, once the parcel is packed and weighed in Japan.
Yes. Items from different sellers and sites are held at our Japan warehouse and can be combined into one international parcel, so you pay one shipping fee instead of several. Consolidation is the single biggest way to lower the per-item cost of shipping from Japan.
ECMS suits everyday parcels up to 30 kg and is tracked end to end. DHL Express is the fastest option and the only one for parcels over 30 kg or over the size limits of the other carriers. Some items — for example lithium batteries or alcohol — can only be sent by certain carriers; the checkout only offers methods that accept your parcel.
It depends on the parcel weight and the carrier. OneMall charges by weight using the carrier rate card shown on this page; the exact fee for your parcel is shown at checkout once it is packed and weighed in Japan.
After the parcel leaves our Japan warehouse: ECMS 10–20 days, DHL Express 3–7 days. The seller's delivery to our warehouse adds 1–3 days before that.
