We paid for the DHL shipment and literally got it 2 days later. Each item was packaged nicely in their original shipment packaging from seller then bundled nicely into a box that had the perfect cut bubble wrap. When do I have to pay for items and shipping fees? +
When purchasing items from Japanese online markets, you can pay directly after adding your desired items to the cart. Once your items or auction goods arrive at the warehouse and are packed, we will charge you for the international shipping fee.
Why are there only a few shipping options available to me?+
The number of shipping options depends on factors like your package size, weight, destination, and the current availability of carriers. Some methods may not be available due to restrictions or warehouse stock status.
What is consolidate?+
Consolidation means combining multiple items into one package. Once all your items arrive at the warehouse, you can choose to ship them together to save on international shipping.
Why do I need to pay twice?+
Purchases made through the OneMall proxy shopping platform are completed in two separate payments. The first payment covers the product cost, which includes the item price, a proxy service fee, and domestic shipping fee within Japan (often covered by the seller) The second payment mainly covers internationa shipping costs. Additional charges may apply depending on any optional value-added services you select.
What happens if my package is returned by the international shipping carrier?+
If your package is returned by the international shipping carrier (e.g. due to an incorrect address or other reasons), the following will apply:
The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Some carriers, especially sea freight services, may charge return fees comparable to the original cost. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the user. *Please double-check your shipping address before confirming shipment to avoid delays or extra fees.
