Weiß Schwarz is Bushiroad's crossover trading card game, launched in Japan in 2008, in which every set is built from a licensed anime, game or light-novel series and decks in the main Neo-Standard format are built from a single title. Because each set depends on a separate licence, the English edition covers only a fraction of the titles released in Japan; many series exist only as Japanese-language sets, and Japanese sets for titles that do get an English release come out first. Buying from Japan is how collectors get the Japanese print of a title, the titles that were never localised, and the SP and SSP cards printed with the voice actor's signature. Japanese sellers call the game ヴァイスシュヴァルツ or simply ヴァイス, and the everyday product names are トライアルデッキ for the preconstructed deck and ブースターパック for boosters.
A サイン (signed) card is a foil card printed with the autograph of the voice actor who plays the character, and it is the reason Weiß Schwarz singles from Japan are collected well beyond the game's players. The signature is printed, not hand-signed, but it is limited to the highest rarities and is title-specific, so the card is collected by fans of the voice actor and the series as much as by players. Japanese listings put the rarity first and サイン second.
| Rarity | Japanese listing term | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| C / U / R | コモン / アンコモン / レア | Base rarities |
| RR / RRR | ダブルレア / トリプルレア | Foil versions of the set's key cards |
| SR | スーパーレア | Alternate-art foil parallel of a C, U or R card |
| SP | SP / サイン | Foil-stamped (箔押し) voice-actor signature card |
| SSP | SSP | The tier above SP: foil-stamped signature with a special illustration, the rarest slot |
| PR | プロモ | Promo card from events, magazines or product bundles |
Search by the Japanese title of the series plus ヴァイス, because sellers list under the series name rather than the game name. Titles are written the way Japanese fans abbreviate them, so a set for a long-titled series is usually listed under its nickname; the nickname is printed on the set's own packaging, which is the fastest place to confirm it. Combine the title with the character's name in katakana and a rarity code to narrow to one card.
New trial decks and booster boxes are a retail purchase from Amazon Japan and Rakuten; signed cards, out-of-print titles and lots are almost entirely a Mercari and Yahoo Auctions purchase, because Bushiroad does not reprint older licensed sets in the way other games reprint staples. Suruga-ya is unusual in carrying singles from older titles with shop condition grades, which makes it a reliable place to complete a set of an out-of-print series.
| Where | What you typically find |
|---|---|
| Amazon Japan, Rakuten | Current trial decks, booster boxes, official sleeves and deck cases |
| Mercari, Rakuma, Yahoo Fleamarket | Singles, サイン cards, playsets, small title-specific lots |
| Yahoo Auctions | Sealed boxes of out-of-print titles, SSP cards, large lots |
| Suruga-ya | Shop-graded singles across older titles |
Look at the foil surface, not just the edges, because signed cards are full-foil and show scratches and fingerprints under angled light that a straight-on photo hides. Japanese sellers describe the card with the marketplace condition grade plus the vocabulary below; a card described only as 美品 with one front-facing photo deserves a request for a back photo and an angled front photo before you order. Cards listed as 開封後すぐスリーブ were sleeved straight from the pack.
The order is paid in two steps. At order time you pay the yen price, OneMall's service fee, shown before you confirm, and any domestic shipping the seller charges. Once the cards arrive at our Japan warehouse you choose an international shipping method and pay for it. Because Weiß Schwarz collections are built one title at a time from many sellers, consolidation is the whole game: order the singles as you find them, let them accumulate at the warehouse, and ship once. Sealed boxes and cartons are the only Weiß Schwarz purchases where parcel size changes the total. Import duty, where your country charges it, is paid on delivery.
| Paid when | What it covers |
|---|---|
| At order time | Item price in yen, OneMall's service fee, seller's domestic shipping if charged |
| After arrival at our Japan warehouse | International shipping for the method you choose |
| On delivery, if applicable | Import duty or tax charged by your country |

Use OneMall as your Japan proxy. We give you a Japanese address, pay the seller in yen, receive your Weiß Schwarz order at our warehouse in Japan, then forward it to the USA and worldwide — you do not need a Japanese address, phone number or payment method.
Japanese stores and marketplaces carry Japan-exclusive releases and limited editions that never reach overseas retail. Shopping the Japanese market directly is the only way to reach that inventory.
OneMall searches Japan's major marketplaces and stores in one place — including Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Rakuma, Yahoo Fleamarket, Suruga-ya, Animate and ZOZOTOWN — so you can compare Weiß Schwarz listings across sites without opening a Japanese account on each one.
Yes. Items bought from different sellers are received at our warehouse in Japan and can be consolidated into a single parcel before international shipping, which lowers the per-item shipping cost.
OneMall does not guarantee authenticity. Brand items are bought on your behalf from Japanese stores and from sellers on Japanese marketplaces, and our purchase terms state that authenticity, quality and condition are not guaranteed, especially for used items. Read the listing photos and condition notes in full before ordering.
